Poor customer service waited 21 days…
Poor customer service waited 21 days for a refund 31st December and got told on the 21st January that they was sorry and the refund will be in my account in 7 to 10 days surely can't be right this waiting a month month for a refund

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Shirt pulled and damaged but arranging a return is a total nightmare. Now on 5 email with 2 or 3 days wait between each. Advertise free postage over a certain price but still charge £2 handling charge. Buying for my dad who will be getting a pair of socks next year. Worst experience ever online shopping. And stop calling me ‘Sports Fan’ please.

Still waiting
Ordered items all in stock with estimated 1-2 day delivery. Now 14 days later still not received anything and tried to contact them via several methods with no reply. Poor customer service.
Still waiting 19 days later, many attempts to contact someone, was advised someone would contact me with 48 hours but still heard nothing. Do not buy from Everton Direct, the customer service is horrendous.

Was so impressed with the service. Ordered 3 items which were dispatched the same day and received by tracked courier 2 days later. Perfect products too!

Website crash resulted in duplicate order...
On ordering from the everton shop the website crashed and a message was returned to say "Your order could not be processed, return to Home page". Doing as instructed I returned to the home page and retried the order, thankfully this order completed successfully. On checking my email account TWO duplicate orders had been placed, so the error message on the site was incorrect and the initial order had in fact been successful. I rang customer services straight away and the operator confirmed one of the orders had been cancelled. 5 hours later I received another email from Customer Services to say the order could not be cancelled, even though it was not dispatched yet. The error and therefore the duplicate order were the fault of the website, but they refused to cancel the 'failed' order and refund my money, upon contact again. Terrible, terrible customer service, I will never purchase from this site again, with the fear of the website technical glitches costing me more money.
Liverpool is red!
Even though I am a Liverpool fan I never hated this club. The football they played back in 2000's was impressive (once they even got the 4th place in the Premier League, but lost Villarreal in Champions League qualification). The team headed by David Moyes was quite decent as for a club which cannot spend hundreds of millions like Man City now. But then something happened. I think the bosses should think more about the future. They sell their best players almost every season! The new stadium may be the right step but who cares about it if the club cannot reach the top 10?! Also, the situation about Rooney is shameful! They cannot do so with their legend even if he doesn't score many goals now. YNWA!
Unprofessional and disrespectful recruitment process
I recently applied for a job at Everton FC. I was told at the initial interview that I would be contacted the following week if they were going to take forward my application to the next stage. They didn't contact me so in the end I left it for a week or so then ended up having to contact them. I was told by the hiring manager that HR should have contacted me and that that I should expect a call later that week. HR never did bother contact me. Worst recruitment experience ever. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
